Services overview

Dapperly offers personal styling consultations, custom wardrobe recommendations, and related services ("Services") to help clients refine and enhance their personal style. These services may be delivered virtually or in person (where applicable).

Booking and payment

To book a service, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due as per the service structure provided to you. All payments must be made through the payment options provided on our website via secure invoicing.

Refund and rescheduling policy

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation at no additional cost. If you request to reschedule within 24 hours, we reserve the right to decline or apply a rebooking fee.

Once you commit to the service and the styling proposal process has begun (including any research, lookbook creation, or shopping recommendations), the full payment becomes due and is non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Intellectual property

All content provided through our services—including style guides, mood boards, look books, outfit plans, and any written or visual materials—is the intellectual property of Dapperly and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute our content without written permission.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws or regulations, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its content.

Limitation of liability

While we strive to provide expert advice and service, our styling suggestions are subjective and based on the information you provide. We make no guarantees regarding personal satisfaction or specific results.
