Deposits
All services booked through the website require a 10% deposit to be paid. All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit confirms your commitment and reserves your time with our stylist.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may be declined or subject to additional fees.
Failure to attend a booked consultation (no-show) will result in forfeiture of your deposit and require a new booking and payment for future services.
Refunds after consultation
Once you have confirmed your commitment and we begin working on your personalised proposals, the full payment becomes due and is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with final recommendations. This policy reflects the time and expertise invested in crafting your tailored style solutions.
